Chapin Dry Cleaners, 105 Lexington Avenue, was purchased in 1958 by Virgil G. Price. It is believed to have been built around 1949, and is believed to have housed a candy store for a while, owned by Susie Padgett in 1954. The Prices operated one of Chapin's longest-lived businesses.
